Are you ready to start submitting your work to literary agents? Then join us for a panel discussion with leading literary agents who love hearing from queer writers.

We will be discussing the role of an agent – what they can do for a writer and how they can help, and the importance of finding the right agent for your work. We’ll also talk through the all important submissions package and our panellists will share their tips and advice for creating a submission package that stands out. You’ll have the opportunity to put your own questions to the panel in our closing Q&A.

You’ll have the opportunity to put your own questions to the panel in our closing Q&A

Following the panel discussion our agents will each be offering a series of ten-minute one-to-one sessions. You’ll have the opportunity to tell them about your work in progress and get their immediate feedback and advice on next steps. There are limited one to one spaces available. You’ll be able to sign up for one of these after booking.

Limited Agent 1-2-1s. 11.45am.
Participants who have bought tickets to the panel discussion will be eligible to apply for a ten-minute one-to-one session with one of the agents. Places are limited and a short questionnaire will be sent out with receipt of payment. Those who have been allocated a one-to-one will be informed via email by 9th October. If you haven’t heard back by then please assume that you have not been allocated a 1-2-1.

Please note – a Festival or Day Pass ticket does NOT grant you access to this event. Tickets must be bought separately.
