The bisexual experience is, by necessity, diverse. It Ain’t Over Til the Bisexual Speaks, an anthology of bisexual voices is a radical attempt to capture the incredible multiplicity of bisexual identities. Here editors, contributors and writers explore the vibrant, intersectional complexity found in this collection and beyond.

Vaneet Mehta is an Indian bisexual man born and raised in South London, who has made it his mission to raise awareness and visibility for the bisexual community. He is co-editor of the anthology of bi voices, It Ain’t Over Til the Bisexual Speaks. As a software engineer, writer, and public speaker, Vaneet founded the viral campaign #BisexualMenExist in 2020, and has since appeared on numerous panels and delivered talks to various companies. Vaneet’s work has been published in Men’s Health, Stonewall, GMFA, Metro UK, OutLife and Unicorn Magazine, and he is a contributor to The Bi-ble: New Testimonials, The Ampersand Project, and The Sex Agenda. Bisexual Men Exist, his first book, is an empowering guide for bisexual men, providing personal stories, advice and support. Vaneet is also an advocate for intersectionality, anti-racism, and mental health awareness, and is passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces for marginalized communities.

Lois Shearing is the author of Bi The Way: The Bisexual Guide to Life,  and Pink-Pilled: Women and the far right, and co-editor of It Ain’t Over Til the Bisexual Speaks: an anthology of bisexual voices. Their writing on sexuality, gender, relationships, politics and digital culture has appeared in Cosmopolitan, The Independent, OpenDemocracy, The Evening Standard, and Gay Times, among others.

Sam Mills is the author of 3 young adult novels published by Faber & Faber, including the award-winning Blackout. Her debut novel for adults, The Quiddity of Will Self (Corsair, 2012) was described by The Sunday Times as ‘an ingenious, energetic read’ and The Guardian as ‘an extraordinary novel of orgiastic obsession.’ In 2020, Fourth Estate published her memoir about being a carer, The Fragments of my Father, which was shortlisted for the Barbellion Prize. Sam has written for a number of publications, including The Guardian, The Independent, 3 AM and The London Magazine. Her recent publications are The Watermark, (Granta Books) and Uneven: Nine Lives that Redefined Bisexuality (Atlantic). She is the co-founder of indie press Dodo Ink and lives in London and Paris.
