Heritage Hub at the University Library

This year the festival expands into the University Library, which will host our Heritage Hub. The rooms will be clearly signed and staff will be on hand to help with directions if needed.

Please note:

• The library front door has 30-step access. The step-free route may take up to 20-25 minutes from the Attenborough Centre.
• If this presents a barrier for you and you would like to exchange tickets for more accessible events, please contact us.

Quiet Spaces

• Friday–Sunday (Library): A designated quiet space opposite the Heritage Hub, clearly signposted. Library staff will be happy to direct you.
• Saturday & Sunday (Campus Meeting House): An additional quiet space will be open, with free tea and coffee available. Please note this space will be unstaffed — we ask everyone to help keep it clean and welcoming for others.

Travel to ACCA

We encourage you to use the rail or bus services to travel to the venue — details here.

Parking
If you are attending an event at ACCA, visitor car parking charges can be waived. You must register your vehicle each day otherwise parking tickets will be issued.

• Enter your car registration at the machine near the box office every day you attend.
• The waiver lasts for 24 hours. You need to register each day you park on campus.

There are a number of car parks on site. The Sports Centre car park is closest to the venue and is wheelchair accessible.

Step Free Access Route
